Need help with CAT SYNC? Start with the steps below.

Purchases and restoration

  1. Open Settings → Purchases.
  2. Select Restore Purchases if a previous purchase is not shown.
  3. Use the same store account that completed the purchase.

Song Deck

Song search and prepared song settings require an internet connection. Search results and availability can vary by country, region, and catalog service.

MINI

On Android, MINI appears over other apps after you grant the display-over-other-apps permission. On iPhone and iPad, MINI uses the system Picture in Picture presentation. On Mac / Windows, MINI appears as a floating transparent window.

Troubleshooting

If playback or a panel stops responding, stop playback, close the panel, and reopen it. If the problem continues, fully close and reopen CAT SYNC. Saved bookmarks and Setlists should remain on the device.

Tuner and microphone

The tuner uses the microphone only while the tuner is open. If permission was denied, enable microphone access in the device settings and reopen the tuner. Audio is analyzed on the device and is not uploaded by the tuner.

Song Deck outage

If online search is unavailable, try Retry or Close and continue using the metronome and CAT features. Saved bookmarks, Setlists, and previously prepared offline results remain available when present.

Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the store account that made the purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple, Google Play, or Microsoft Store under that store’s rules; CAT SYNC cannot issue a store refund directly.

Data deletion

CAT SYNC does not require a CAT SYNC account. Delete the app and its local data to remove device data. For information sent through support or Song Deck, email us from the address below.

Include the device model, OS version, CAT SYNC version/build, steps to reproduce, expected result, and actual result. Screenshots are helpful. Never send passwords, payment-card information, purchase tokens, or full order numbers.
